    • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Eligibility for Returns

    • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it:

      • Unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  4. Damages and Issues

  5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    • Sale items or gift cards.
  6. Exchanges

    • For a quicker resolution, we recommend:

      • Returning the item.
      • Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.
  7. Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
    • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
    • Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
